The truth about losing someone you love
Not only am I losing my father to ALS, I lost my mom to cancer almost 9 years ago.
Losing someone you love is like losing a piece of a jig saw puzzle.

After they’re gone, you start picking up the pieces. Healing yourself.
Maybe mending a broken heart.
Trying to regain some “normalcy”
You essentially are putting the pieces of yourself back together.
But, there’s a catch..
Now, there’s a piece missing. Maybe a few missing pieces.
So, you put the puzzle back together. All the pieces fit together but there’s a hole over there. Maybe another hole or two over here.
Complete and incomplete at the same time.
A whole with a hole ;)
Welcome to the new "normal".
