Cinnamon Sugar Almonds

Look no further!

Cinnamon sugar almonds are SUPER easy to make and taste DELISH.



  • 3 cups natural almonds

  • 1 cup sugar (real white sugar.. the healthier stuff won't work here!)

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon

  • Splash of vanilla


  • On the stove top, combine water, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in a pan on medium heat.

  • Pour in almonds.

  • Stir continuously until crystallized (about 5-10 minutes)

  • Place in one layer on parchment or wax paper to cool

  • Store in an airtight container/jar

  • Enjoy!
