Take A Break

Take a break when you need one.

Some days coping is easy and you feel like you have it all together.

And other days...

Well, you'd lose your head if it wasn't attached to your body.

It's totally normal!

And, that's why taking time to do something for yourself, even if only for 5 minutes, will prevent you from actually losing your mind.

I sometimes look for my phone while I'm holding it (or even talking on it). I've put my sunglasses in the fridge. Hell, I've even lost my keys seconds after letting myself in to the house.

But, do I beat myself up for it?

No.

I acknowledge the sign of exhaustion and take a break to recharge.

You should do the same.
