All possible reactions to someone's perseverance when faced with difficulty.

What if you don't want to be strong? What if you just want to curl up in a ball and never leave the house?

Well... What if that's not an option? You HAVE to be strong. You HAVE to persevere. You have to prove to yourself that you have what it takes to overcome ANYTHING.

Where to begin??

Start small!

You left the house today? Pat yourself on the back.

You made it to the gym? That's great!

You got through the day without crying? You should be proud of yourself.

Need help?

Seek professional help if needed. Reach out to your friends. Take care of yourself - Self care is one of the most important methods of ensuring we do not lose our sanity when faced with hardship.

Get your nails done. workout. Go for a walk. talk to a friend. watch a movie. read a book. do absolutely nothing without beating yourself up for it.

You will always be ok in the end :) If you're not ok, it's not over yet!

*note* not all of this is relevant to me at this moment - please don't worry :) I am speaking from past and current experience!
