Coconut Oil Fudge
So I'm on a new meal plan and my coach (Sophie P. Fitness) just changed up my macros a little bit. Since my fats have gone up I was so excited to make these!
The recipe is super easy and the outcome is freaking delicious.
Coconut Oil Fudge
Yields 11 mini-muffin tin cups
1 piece: 55 calories, 2.5 carbs, 0.5 protein, 5.3 fat
Ingredients
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp agave
Pinch sea salt

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
With a regular table spoon, put one spoonful of the mixture into each mini muffin cup
Place tray in the freezer for at least 4 hours
Remove tray from freezer and fudge from tray and place whatever you don't eat on the spot in the fridge :)


Is this not the easiest recipe ever??

I made a second batch yesterday with an added tbsp of sugar free hazelnut syrup. OMG.
