Why I do what I do
Why did I become a personal trainer? Why do I love to help others? Why fitness?

All great questions. All can be answered by the same answer:
I UNDERSTAND. I've been there. I've been through many downs and many ups and as long as the ups outweigh the downs I'll be ok.
How does that translate to me helping YOU?
Well, for starters, someone who has been through struggle will understand the struggles that YOU are going through. More so, will understand the fact there will be struggles. The road to success is not a straight line.

Additionally, when you relate to someone you feel more comfortable with them. Feeling comfortable with and trusting your trainer are two very important factors to finding the right one.
What is my approach?
I believe that a life filled with health, wellness and balance is also filled with cardio, weight training, yoga and a healthy diet.
I believe that little to no importance should be placed on the scale.
I believe that you can achieve your goals with dedication, consistency, hard work and a plan.
I believe that any progress is better than no progress at all and that all accomplishments regardless if they are tiny (in your eyes) should be celebrated.

I believe that true markers of success are found in the day to day - how do your clothes fit? Can you get up a flight of stairs without huffing and puffing? How do you feel about yourself?
Finally, I believe that everyone can benefit from some guidance. Whether it's an in-person "ass kicking", a meal or training plan tailored to your goals, or even just someone to talk to when you are feeling discouraged.
