Inspiration
I started writing this post back at the end of September and then completely forgot about it. I was in the midst of receiving tons of messages (and continued to up until and after my competition) from people telling me how inspirational I was and how amazed they were with my hard work and mental/physical transformation.
Inspiration
noun in·spi·ra·tion \ˌin(t)-spə-ˈrā-shən, -(ˌ)spi-\
: something that makes someone want to do something or that gives someone an idea about what to do or create : a force or influence that inspires someone
: a person, place, experience, etc., that makes someone want to do or create something
: a good idea
Recently I’ve had an influx of messages from clients, friends and acquaintances telling me that I’ve inspired or motivated them through the hard work I’ve put in and the obstacles I’ve overcome in the past year. This actually comes as a shock to me because I truly feel like I’ve just done whatever I needed to do to pretty much save myself. To come out of a downward spiral with little to no possibility of going back down.

The fact that this journey has positively affected others along the way makes me so happy! I got my personal training certification (and continued my education since) so that I could help people take care of themselves. So, to know that I am setting an example really confirms that I made the right choice in pursuing those dreams.
Who do YOU strive to inspire? Where do you take YOUR inspiration from?

I take my inspiration from the amazing circle of people that I’ve created around me. I take my inspiration from others who have gone through similar experiences and come out on top. I take my inspiration from all the hard work that my clients put in to bettering themselves.
Keep inspiring, Mitzfits!
xoxo
