Well.. It's cold. I think we can all agree!
Upon realizing that I just DID. NOT. WANT. TO. go out outside, I crafted up an at home workout for myself and got down to business. Thank goodness for my pull up bar and spacious living room…
I was able to do the following:
Constant 50 skips followed by 1-5 of: squat, inch worm, push up, lunge (both legs, so double)
5 rounds of: 250 skips, 15 squats, 10 pull ups, 5 handstand push ups
I felt great! And kinda proud that even though I was so lazy and did not want to leave my house I was still able to get active and move my butt. My handstand pushups are still not perfect, but I love working on them :) (see video here while you're there, like my page!)
