Here is a taste of the kinds of workouts I've been giving my lovely clients:

Note: you will need a jump rope and two matching weights. One of those weights will be for the sit ups as well.

Warm up
25 skips
1 sit up, 1 push up, 1 squat
2 sit ups, 2 push ups, 2 squats
3 sit ups, 3 push ups, 3 squats
75 skips
4 sit ups, 4 push ups, 4 squats
5 sit ups, 5 push ups, 5 squats
100 skips
Work Out
20 weighted twists (both sides count as one rep), 20 lunges (10 each leg), 20 bicep curl to press, 15 second plank
15 weighted twists (both sides count as one rep), 16 lunges (8 each leg), 15 bicep curl to press, 30 second plank
10 weighted twists (both sides count as one rep), 10 lunges (5 each leg), 10 bicep curl to press, 45 second plank
5 weighted twists (both sides count as one rep), 6 lunges (3 each leg), 5 bicep curl to press, 1 min plank
