So hungry I could eat a horse
I tasted horse meat for the first time last night! It is super lean and high in protein. After cooking it and mixing it with quinoa and vegetables if I didn’t know it was horse I never would have guessed that’s what it was.
Aside from that – My boyfriend and I had the quinoa squares for breakfast this morning. As I suspected they tasted amazing warmed up in the toaster oven, sprinkled with extra cinnamon and a bit of almond butter on top.
