Hi everyone!

My name is Mitzi and I am new to blogging. This is something I decided to do on a whim and am curious to see where it will go. The focus of this blog is on my quest for being healthy, fit, and more comfortable in my skin/body.

I have my struggles. Don't we all? It's quite hard to be "good" ALL THE TIME.

On this blog I will recap my workouts (what it was, my time, etc), share my favorite recipes, new recipes that I am trying, and - of course - pictures!
